Summary: We were there at 3PM for check-in and then we were told to wait for 30 minutes to get a room ready. The room we stayed is in poor condition, the windows drapes are old and torn. The lighting is very dull, carpet hasn't been steam vacuumed in a while. Overall this place require lot of renovation.

Summary: The room/hotel was a hodge-podge of old and new... furniture, flooring, room amenities. The toilet/shower area needed attention, everything from the grouting to the towel bars, to the wall decor. All were "worn" and not particularly clean. The bed sheets were very old and thin. The kitchen area was equipped with the basics but again had seen it's better days in terms of appearance. On the positive side the hotel was quiet.

Summary: We only stayed one night and were overall satisfied. We did have several outlets that did not work which if we stayed longer would’ve been frustrating. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Design of the hotel was great. Quiet, secluded design, comfortable beds. Nice walking areas. The problem I had with the hotel was the cleanliness was poor. Dirty common areas, elevators. The breakfast are was well designed, but the food selections were poor. The reg coffee was weak, and the bold coffee was not bold. The diced fruit was not edible- no taste at all. Overall, not worth the premium price.

Summary: The tv wouldn’t change channels. When I asked for a discount price for the room because the amenity wasn’t available they told I booked through hotels.com and nothing they could do.

Summary: The overall experience was just ok. The window drapes were torn and the overall repair of the room was not great. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, and the staff did not fix it even after it was reported. The water fountain near the gym was incredibly dirty and the water coming out of it was gray and opaque. It seems like they need some updates and replace some of the older equipment.

Summary: Non-smoking room had a smoke odor. Smoke alarm was detached and lying on the dresser. Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean. Breakfast was very good. Front desk and breakfast attendant were very nice.
